Eh what we're saying is that in game description and iro database is basically speaking the same thing. but worded differently.

i can see where he is getting confused:

 

in game: If upgraded to +9 or higher:Reduces the skill cast time by 20%.

rms: If upgraded to +9 or higher:Reduces the skill cast time by 20%.

iro db: If upgraded to +9 or higher:Reduces the SP cost of skills by 20%

 

is this another item that needs its in game description fixed?

Which is funny because the item script there is for dealing damage.

irowiki DB actually had the same info as RMS and in-game description... until I ended up wasting some zeny to test it
