Your Empty Bottle price is atrocious.  Empty Bottles can be bought from Tool Dealer NPCs for 400 zeny.

It's been a while since I messed around on Classic, but I seem to remember getting Empty Bottles off of Porings for free fairly regularly.  So his price for that is still pretty terrible.
