why i cant purchase from vending its said purchased failed. failed to pay zeny i have 80 mils zeny and  the items i want buy is 10 mils zeny

Most probably it's a troll. That guy has reached the max zeny capacity which will automatically prevent any zeny from going to his character

Seller's zeny is maxed - either intentionally (if the stuff he's selling is crazy cheap) or accidentally (it's happened to me...). 

 

If you think it's accidental, PM him and tell him.
