My friend fell for the trap 2 days ago. Now the hacker is using his account to try and scam other people! Awful!!
The hacked character is on right now at this moment!! We are playing along, trying to get screens of him like you guys did.
We have lots of evidence!! I hope some GM takes care of this as soon as posible, I'm so pissed that he's using my friend's chars to scam people! >_<

Did your friend send in a ticket to Support so the GMs can start trying to recover his account?

Yes he did. But he can't access his email account since he forgot his pass *facepalm*: So today he did all the stuff to regain his email account and now he's waiting for the answer (you need to fill in some form and then wait).
