How does using EA 10 FAWs entail no reduction? Do you even know what gears we're talking about? Can you even fathom the idea about gear switching?

using faw means no nidhogger

using rwc pendants means no waterbrooches or ROFLs

using COD means no elemental or boss resist for headgear

Lets get back to topic guys. Here is my question. Since stats and % gears doesn't stack. If I have 90 dex and I have gears with 82% casting reduction what will work on my casting for gen(cart cannon skill)? The gears or the stats?

they don't stack additively, only multiplicatively

You can't get 100% reduction by combining the two, but as kamikali and I agreed above, combining the two (e.g. the 100 dex/int example) is well worth doing, as you get very low cast time without crippling yourself stat or gear wise.

Is there an updated page somewhere that says what the rwc pendant can have enchanted on it? the wikidb didnt have anything about cast reduction and it looks like i should be replacing my old sorc gears with these

Each pendant can get -16% cast reduction each. Spell 3x2 each Pendant = 16% each.

Stats instantcast and Equip instantcast are multiplicative, so they can never reach 100%. You either get one, or the other. magic strings counts as equip reduction, so if you have 50% from magic strings (stats of maestro matter), you can make up the rest of the 50% from equips. 

 

If not, your dex * 2 + int = 530 for instantcast.

can someone link uptodate stat enchants for them? i could only find an update from july on the main page, which listed -3% casting time per err, slot on the accessory. http://www.playragna...aspx?id=285&p=1

 

if it is 16% then i definitely want a pair (are they even available atm?)
