If you've seen or heard Luis, you know who he is. A well known Puerto Rican American character actor, he has appeared in countless tv shows, movies and video games often as comic relief. He was born on the 28th in 1956 in Puerto Rico, and then grew up in New York. He specializes in playing goofy and lovable sidekicks and goons.

Probably his most memorable role for me is as Diaz, the drug kingpin of GTA: Vice City, or in his role in Journey 2: The mysterious island opposite Dwayne Johnson.

People say Bio Labs 3 monsters give good ti reward exp. So is Margaretha gonna give good ti exp? Sorry noob question, never done a high ti with a bio lab monster.
