I have never done it, seen it, heard of someone doing it, or remember seeing it in the patch notes. But if you are confirming we have it I will check it off.
Yep, we sure do have it, for a 2nd confirmation. It's a cat right near the Thief job changer that can warp you... As Oda mentioned above, it's fairly useless in most regards, except for a 2nd Amon Ra spawning there. I was almost able to level my RG on the final floor in the low 130s, but the Mimic-like monsters have an insane amount of flee (I had just under 500 hit with VP and hit 1/20 times, took like 15 PinPoint Attacks) and hit like a truck, so I couldn't stay there. Agi+mount wasn't enough to outrun them either, lol. ~.~

- The port town of Alberta has been expanded to allow for more ships!
The minimap found its way into iRO when we got the massive 3rd class skill balance in december 2011. But was removed shortly after :v

I marked off the following things with this week's maintenance:
[X] Characters no longer require stat distribution at creation (March 7th, 2012)
[X] Added Navigation system (March ??, 2012)
[X] Added Quest UI Update (March ??, 2012)
[X] Removed Training Grounds and added new tutorial in Izlude and 1st class job change areas. (March 28th, 2012)
[X] Izlude map have been renovated. (March 28th, 2012)
[X] Added Icon display on mini-map (March 28th, 2012)
If anyone notes additional content that was added this week please let me know so I can mark those things off, too.

Shield Spell is still breaking armors with 100% chance...when it shouldn't be. Shield Spell buffs can also be stacked. Must get a fix for this crap.
Something to not look forward to:
Despair Song nerf where any target that walks into one will be immune to the status for a bit after receiving it. This essentially means they can't be kept perpetually trapped. Way to make our performers less useful.

Ah yes, I believe SS3's armor break was looked into and supposedly fixed once this year (during the last skill balance patch?), but there was no change to it at all.
Stacking is something I've never seen, though... I frequently switch shields and Shield Spell levels for different situations, but I almost never use the armor break ability. If armor break + any other SS ability is possible that's even more broken. >.>

It was supposed to be fixed by the Balance Patch, but it never was. Also, players who use Shield Spell's effect can get Frozen. The Shield Spell effects stacking has been an issue for a while now.

I swear to god Gravity has some kind of vendetta against performer classes.

shied spell 3 -> get the armor break effect -> go to ss1 and get the attack buff. Insane OB damage
