For the last day i get  disconnected  every 5 mins at most random moments

I checked my speed and ping everything is fine.

I lowered the graphics as well to minimum still the same ish 

Any  suggestions  ?

What were you doing when it did it, or was it just random times while doing whatever?

Been having the same issues disconnecting all the time.

Mostly it's when doing random actions. Sitting and talking a bit is fine, but if I try moving around, or doing any kind of skill, the client starts lagging up, freezes and then I get disconnected.

I have the same problem. Im getting 5 minutes max as well.. when i do manage to get online i get bad feeeeeeeze spikes where I cannot do anything for about 20 seconds at a time.


ALWAYS just random. Doesnt matter what im doing. I was just on sunshine coast farming trash. FREEZE DC, shopping in junon FREEZE DC, trying to make a party in OT, DC before we even get party full at entrance. Game is unplayable

Yeap at very random moments , during any action

Also I lag like hell , 2-6 delay

i have me too taht problem if i try to move i can't don't know why and than DC i login again and in any minutes i aget again

it really gets on the nerves 

impossible to play.

Gave up trying to play today. I get lag spikes every 30 seconds where I freeze in place for 10-15 seconds.maybe instead of costume patch we can get a server stability patch.

Same problem here. DC every 5mins randomly for no reason. That wasn't happening before the holidays with the same computer. :/

I noticed that me and couple of my clan-mates DC and lag at the same time. Most of the Dc's happen when I'm in group

Same thing after the maintenance no change.

It seems to be happening to a small cluster of users.  I want to say it's client-side but I always say that.

 

You guys can try to delete the client and game fully.  Make sure to get rid of the folders as well(You can save your screenshots) and re-install.  I will bring this up with our Dev team though.

I reinstalled as you said , cleaned registry and got rid of all the folders. Still the same issue
