Hey guys. hope this helps. I as well as many of my friends online are constantly DC'ing. It used to be ok DC'ing only once maybe every 2 hours but now its gotten BAD to the point were getting 5 minutes max. It is making it impossible to Party pvp ect....

DETAILS....... Log in no matter what town were in and freeze up LOOKING like a DC but not actually DC"ing. After about 15 - 20 seconds I can move again. Go thru that over and over and eventually just disconnect.

I have a house pc connected via ETHERNET cable.

I have a gaming ALIENWARE laptop on wifi.

also a toshiba laptop also on wifi.

ALL 3 do exactly the same thing.

Thank you

A loooot of factors can go into this.

Could be you need to update your graphics card/windows.

Does any kind of message pop up?

If you are able, does it happen in every map?

Hey. OK yes this does happen in every map. Sometimes upon logging in, sometime upon zoning into a new map, sometimes upon sitting afk vending. I would say yes it could possibly be my graphic card needs a update but it does it on all 3 of my computers which one is a brand new alienware r18. Now this is not only a DC problem its also a freezing problem. Sometimes I walk or run and my character will freeze in place. Its not video card lagg because objects around me still move... buffs still spin ect. When I dc I do get the pop up telling me I lost connection. Well I will give it a shot and check my video cards. On a side note don't know if this will help, when I lag (freeze in place) my other PC does it at that exact same time. When I DC so does my other computer. Now here is the strange part. When I freeze up so does my clan mate that lives in phillopenes. When I DC so does he. Its synchronised lag and disconnects. Its very weird because I live in USA. Sorry to ramble just giving u as much info as I can. Also same problems occur playing at my moms house on HER PC

Shazamo I'm sorry I need to correct this. This was posted in wrong location. This is for Rose Online. Not dragon saga.

Also in the mean time I ran a ping test. My ping is 82ms. Came back as very good transfer rate.

I contacted support and they say I have no IP block. They said my account is in good standing and is clear to play with no block , I do infact still have to block my ip address to connect to rose. If I run rose with no firewall , no security, no filters no nothing..... I cannot connect. I enter in my log in info and i get a pop up that says connecting to server and it will stay there for hours. I do infact have to run a 3rd party ip address blocker to connect. Very odd. Support says im no blocked tho :( At a loss

Hey Lex, I had a issue connecting to RoseOnline. A while back my account was suspended. Well when they released my account so I could play again they they never unlocked my ipaddress. The only way I could connect was getting a 3rd party app that would BLOCK my IP. The app was causing the lagg freezes and DC.s See what happens is after a period of time you use up a certain amount of bandwidth then your internet provider puts a limit on it causing bad lag or DC issues. Well my Hotspot blocker had a bandwidth cap that I exceeded then it put me in LIMIT mode. I would check to make sure your ISP doesnt have a bandwidth cap that you might have exceeded.
