So, whats the point of stealth when everyone can still see you and target you or is it just me that somehow keeps getting targeted when I'm in stealth?

yep, about nine months. which coincidentally is about the length of time it takes to give birth to an array of cash shop costumes and innovative new quasi gambling items.

Point of stealth is to use scud. You cant be seen all the time and even when you can everyone except two long range classes has only 30m range just like your scud so..
