Perhaps we players have the right to be informed about future downtimes such as server maintenances and updates. For instance, I rushed home to play Dragon Saga but it always says "Failed to log in to server" or sometimes "Currently undergoing maintenance" or something like that. I then went to the site to see if there is any news about it but sadly, I found none. As a result, i'm confused as to what the problem is.

tell me about it, they never tell us anything...so far it's my worst experience with a game website.
