Are we going to be seeing a serious Crossbow scout nerf anytime soon?
At the moment, their DPS is better than a scouts, and their tankiness is approaching that of a knight, it's too good of a trade off just for losing Impact Arrow and Camoflauge.
Trying to kill a Crossbow scout at the moment is stupidly difficult, they should hit weaker than Scouts, but have higher defence than them and reliable armour penetration. At the moment they're just too good at both.
Knights are useful now which is nice, but they're still a little bit too good. Additionally, debuffs just need to be reworked, or removed from the game - the ability to remove buffs is just too frustrating and it adds nothing to gameplay.

When champion become OP ppl complain about it, when raider become OP ppl complaint it again, when scout become OP ppl complain again, now when knight become OP ppl complaint it again.....
So heres my opinion, You guys just dont know how to fight knight and dont know how to play this game.
+1 totally agree!...players are complaining on their benefit! sorry for those crybabies deal with it or make some adjustments on your builds...period!

1 handed weapon Knights lost attack power from their passives but Crossbow knights didn't lose any at all. Just pointing it out as it's probably an oversight.

After playing a lot of CDs I don't understand the changes. Instead of changing the bourg and arti damage, which is way OP, they add some def and stuff to gear? CD is now a mass of people. As clerics we used to complain that people spread out too much. now they all run in one bunch. Reducing cleric heals is ok, it is harder to keep all healed in a good battle now and that is ok. But the bourgs just sit within the bunch and kill all they see. The poor scouts can't go scouting because a bourg will go after them and 3 shots later they are dead. Even the bourgs don't spread out because their def is low but their damage is high. Then one bunch (attackers) meets up with the other bunch (defenders) and it is just a sleep, stun, mute fest with bourg aoes killing people. And knights are stronger and have great def, but they rarely get good points. They need to get points for damage reflected or something. Their job is to take the damage and they don't get rewarded for it.
It seems we are going backward now from what was intended for the update. New skills and balancing is great but there are still a few classes whose skills are way OP. And it is not based on how they are just building their chars. I do not understand how a support class like artis are a lethal threat. They should be like battle clerics, good fighters but not one of the best. They are a support class like the cleric and should be good at crafting (like FS cleric) and able to fight (battle cleric vs battle artie) or ok at both. Not be able to kill in 3 shots.

They drastically reduced launcher aoe damage, and they die in a few hits.. I know I'm a broken record but if the other team's gonna let a bourg stand to the side shooting all war, they're gonna rack up points and damage. If they get clicked on, they are probably going to die. Arti is much squishier than launcher bourg as well... I think you are overlooking the tradeoff for damage output vs easily killed. I have so much fun on my artisan, I shoot fast, it hits hard, but if I so much as get breathed on it's respawn for me.

lol is funny you call people crying babies when the only thing you can do is debuff people lets be honest you only want knights to stay the way they are because with a nerf you would be usless again. The fact that you group 4 clerics and 5 knights in a team for CD and that you cannot kill a single player says a lot about you "adjusting builds" dont you think? trolololol

I don't think I explained myself well, sorry. I know bourgs and arties die fast, I think I said that. But they are still hitting hard, and harder than most others. The biggest problem is that everyone moves as a bunch now. Both sides. They are still getting hit so hard, and not just by bourgs and arties, that they won't leave the cleric's side. None of the ranged classes play ranged most of the time. Both sides are moving as a mass. And I always used to say to my group, stay close. But now I am getting claustrophobia I think. Even some of the really good scouts and bourgs are sitting by the cleric in a close war. I want those classes to be able to play ranged. Now if they do they are hit 3 times and die while trying to run as they should. Some even are wearing some mspd gear but still can't get away in time. so they just come in and hang out in the group and shoot out. I guess that is a strategy but it doesn't seem to make much sense to me.
Or maybe it is just the wars I have been in that are like this but some other people were saying the same thing. I am not sure what the answer is, just that it seems silly for ranged classes to be in this huddle.

I don't think bourg's damage is too high now but I miss the days of when wars consisted of running around (which hasn't really been like this since union wars). Everyone just mobs into a giant mass nowadays and if there are multiple clerics in that mass people don't really die.

I think it got todo with the CD map too, it feels a way smaller than the UW map, beside that there are less ways to reach the crystals, people are kinda forced to stay together.
I myselfe prefer the old map for that reason, too bad that only a few players quee there.

But before the new skill update scouts used to scout, raiders raided on their own, knights ran into the groups, bourgs stood back and shot at groups as they could, champs backed up knights, etc. Now all go as one group, even the ranged chars. And clerics used to run around trying to heal all. I guess be careful what you wish for, since group healing is a lot easier, but the classes are not playing to their purposes.
Oh well, guess I am just complaining since I do not know at this point how to fix it. The wars I was in came down to pretty even battles at the second crystal (except for 2 that the other side had no cleric). But it would be nice to see classes be able to do what they are made for.
And I really think it is time to rotate the games like Phish suggested in another post. And have the 4 timed Akram games per day. Until there are more game content additions just playing CD and Dungeons is getting boring. Making people mix it up would be great.

Sure, the classes are still "unique" in their own way, but it shouldn't take 5 people to kill one cleric, the cleric should have a hard time healing his/hers team, before it was actually "cool" to be a good cleric, now I don't think there's much of a challange. And how a scout can still kill a melee class when they're next to eachother, range should remain range, clerics should run around. But that's what I think...

im dying in 3 hits as cleric, the war clerics isnt healing they max their defense, its the healers u gotta target not the "war clerics", they are the tanks.

3 hits as a cleric? They still tank better than everyone but knights so thats a problem with your own build/gear/playstyle than the class itself.

Well I'm talking about the "healers" I know war clerics tanks, but if you know how to play your class, you'd notice that being a healer, you'll be able to survive for way too long, compared to before. There's a reasons clerics don't run. I find it funny playing healer not having people to kill me unless they gang me. But I doubt that my build is "OP" compared to anyone else.
