There's rates listed for slot 3-4 on the wiki, but what about slot two? Has anyone ever destroyed a biolab weapon with their first enchantment?

Also, are the slot 3-4 enchantments known by testing, or by some other source? I wouldn't trust testing evidence just yet with these expensive weapons. Maybe when a few more months have passed.

Yes, I have.  As for success rate, there was a thread with an estimated success rate, but nothing is 100% factual:

 

4th slot enchantment (Will of Warrior) - 25-30% chance to fail
3rd slot enchantment (Blood Thirst) - 15-20% chance to fail

tested using 40 giant crossbows at +0.

Also, what can have a third enchantment?  I thought they were all 2 enchants.

Ah, so there is no slot two enchantment? Also, fourth slot is enchanted before third?
