So i was fighting spores in izulde and just used cure pearl

Didnt really pay attention at first, but when i looked at the enemy's status i saw that the spore got the cure pearl debuff.

I tried the skill again to a different enemy and saw it recovered it's hp.

guess cure pearl is as useless as devotion.

There is a good use, could save a few PUG DPS from Bapho or RM.

yea, a heal is a heal... its just too lame of a heal for such a weird condition of 30 seconds cooldown on target... why can't a DPS run through the 5 and get a 150% heal asap?!

aside from casting it while grouped out in the support team, I dont really see any use O___o;;

well... then again, I never go healer sooo w/e, not the best one to answer this kind of topics XD

For some months i still dont understand what is the concept of this skill. Now i get the idea how this skill benefit.
This is like a healing complement to sanc/deluge. Put some pearls before aoe boss hits u, then after u get hit by aoe ur hp is most likely low (near to die) and some aoe inflicts u painful dot also. Run to pearl asap so u can get healed by decent amount immediately and prevent u dye by painful dot, where as the deluge/sanc continue healing u each 2 sec.

Um... In my testing I've only found that the pearls heal mobs if you are not currently in a party or raid. (Yes I've tried to troll team mates by healing mobs they're fighting, doesn't work because we were in a party)

ALSO, the only viable use I've seen for these terrible terrible things is a way to counter balance Sacrifice immediately. Just drop pearls, sacrifice, drop pearls, restore, then spam attacks until sacrifice comes again. It's a terrible skill altogether and needs to be reworked whenever they stop fawning over the Crescentia class (which is quickly becoming the more powerful of the two).
