Lol, ranged effects AB. Jen, go with AK. The AB damage is almost the exact same, with a slight favor towards AK being stronger, when it comes to CC, AK has a MUCH higher damage output.

yes there are more then one type of range take Gates of hell for instance. its type 2 and 4 its physical yet also its ranged at the same time also forced neutral

While this is true, Acid Bomb and CC are both effected directly by ranged modifiers. This was not always the case, but it is now.

I thought you could choose to +15 any weapon, or is it only limited to malandago weapons? I would choose a +15 big xbow or kvm over an ea12 HF lol

+15 FS6 or Sharp6 Guillotine Katar or +15 EA6 BXB if Bio wep/enchant was on the list lol. Prob was not...

BTW. How about HardDef and SoftDef effect in Acid Bomb?

I tried vesper carded gear to test Mdef ignored effect on AB. I tested to Owl Baron with bare hands. Dmg increase by 1/hit, just 1/hit , (dmg not increase from dex+2 of vesper. I used other dex+2 gear to balanced it.).

And I tried bone plate to test def ignored effect too. I tested to Phendark with bare hands. Like vesper, dmg increase by 4/hit, not from str+1 of bone plate.

It's too complicate in AB formula.

What is this? your attitude just sickens me every day. Having magaphone in you're inventory doesn't mean you can go around and say stupid information like AS or EA doesn't effect final damage of ranged attack. Why the hell people always default and charge way more zeny for EA enchanted gene gears? Why do we have and discussed 19 page long thread about which is best weapon for MVP? (Link) do you think you know way more than people who have discussed in course of 19 pages of discussion? with that one ignorant line? 

 

there aren't 4 types of Ranged skill, infact, its just modded differently. because GoH was also intended as Combo Skill, it was forced to be melee skill. if you can check the formula and property of skill. 

 

Please do some research before you're even starting to arguing.

I wasn't really discussing with him because there are nothing from him that needed to be discussed, or has to be considered because every single thing he have said on this thread is just plain wrong facts. I just felt like they needed to be corrected. It is a shame that guy is ill mannered towards people who are trying to correct him, and also it is really unfortunate for him to be that blind to pointing out someone is moron openly, thinking he knows the correct answer(which isnt). And even worse, he didn't only tried to correct the information he thought it was wrong, he then started to curse people saying they're moron because they don't know something(even though his the only one speaking of wrong information). That to me, is just simply being ignorant. 

 

Moment he cursed people with his mal informed knowledge, he lost his credibility. I don't know how he acquired those information but surely, his really ignorant.
