i got email about redeem code from WP, like this http://burl.co/2CA803B but with code,

i go to 2nd floor eden to get my item but nothing there

You need to select the account you want it on before you enter the code but it is not showing up at the code redeemer anyways

ahh, so the problem is a known bug.. done the redeem of said code, and code the redeemer has nothings for me.

We're checking this out now, this is the first code we have sent out in a while so the new billing system could have encountered an issue and not transferred the info properly to code the redeemer.

This particular one was for players who have not been active for a while, so folks who are not signed up for the newsletter in their account or who have played more recently would not have received it.
