Weird, i just logged off to get myself a drink, and RO got a huge patch. It seems i am getting the faied to get file. Is there a maint going on NOW? help would be greatly appreciated.

if you're actually getting Failed to get, you should be able to manually download the file from ftp://ropatch2.gravityus.com and put it in your RO folder, and have it use that - the rare case where manual patch can work (usually you fail to connect to patch server entirely, in which case the patcher won't try to apply manually downloaded patches)
