i think the same my elemental sword failed a lot of times from +5 to +6 with Enriched even with 90% of success

I also had this poblem i made 4 atemts to upgrade my headgear from +4 to +5 and all failed with safe certificate, and also tried to upgrade my FAW from +5 to +6, made 7 attemps with safe certificate and all failed
