Gintama if you like random comedy and can change gears to see some truly serious epic arc every now and then with the same chars you laugh your as* off ;3.
Here's a lil random clip from one of the chaps.

Ever wondered what'd happen if dragon ball z,bleach and one piece got together :v?

I gotta say though, for me at least,Gintama was a little hard to get caught into for the first 10 chaps or so but after that every chap made me laugh so much...;3.

Rurouni Kenshin: Trust and Betrayal
Urusei Yatsura
Ranma 1/2
School Rumble
Gundam Wing
Welcome to NHK
Claymore
Heroic Age
Last Exile
I also like a lot of Manga Entertainments work. They had really nice visual effects and could get great black tones, like Record of the Lodoss Wars and Venus Wars. I don't see anything like that style anymore which is disappointing.

Does it truly matter which?
All very good, though the second film never gelled for me. Cyberpunk as all get out. Actually the TV show was great because you spent way more time with the characters and learned about their backstories than in the films or the original manga.

Oh, I just started playing RO2 so I thought I might give it a shot, but after seeing the comments about the anime, I'm not really looking foward to watching it.
Currently watching a few of the animes that are mentioned in PG. 1, when I'm done I'll watch the ones mentioned on PG 2 if I haven't seen them already, seen most
Cowboy Bebop is soooo good.. who would've thought

Battle Angel - Sometime in the late 90's I got into the Battle Angel Alita manga, and when I found out there was an anime adaption, I had to check it out. Very different from the original manga, but it was still a good watch. Wish there was more.
Gunsmith Cats - I'm a big fan of the original manga, this short OVA captures what Gunsmith Cats is all about pretty well. Yet again I wish there was more...
Mad Bull 34 - This is what anime in the 80's was all about - Gruesome violence, sex, and lots of salty language.
Ninja Scroll - This was one of the first anime I watched. I loved every second of it
Rurouni Kenshin - I loved this series to death when I was in high school.
Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie - This was another one of my first anime. I was a huge Street Fighter back then, and this movie captured the world of Street Fighter pretty well.
Yu Yu Hakusho - While people were still fapping to DragonBall Z, this is the one I was hooked to. Even assisted with a Yu Yu Hakusho fansite back in the day (Back when anime websites weren't all about streaming full episodes).

yeah maybe few of them know about this anime.. coz my friend who live in japan said it didnt get famous on there.. more of ppl in japan didnt like sakurasou anime version, she said the novel much more better than anime..
Oh~ i'm glad you love sakurasou and sora too.. <3
anyway, sora looks so despression when taking care of shiro for the 1st time.. he looks like being trolled by his teacher lol
but i love when he always trying to embrace his dream he looks so cool and i like the episode when shiro said "Sorata no baka" i was laughing on that scene..

Mushishi (outstanding audio/video/plot)
Sexy Commando Gaiden (very random and funny, wakame~)
Kino no Tabi (slice of life)
