logging in you dont get a notification to new mail recieved i was testing by using two different characters and you dont can someone fix it or tell me how to get the mail to someone extremely important mail they could log in without knowing they have mail can anyone help me please?

If you send a mail message to a recipient while he's online, a notification will be displayed in his chatbox. If you want to make sure that the recipient is notified then make sure that he is online, before sending the message. Also, whisper to him as an added notification.

If you are expecting something, you can keep checking, or like ShiveringShadows said, send them a PM when they are online, or by other means if you know them outside of iRO (MSN/AIM/Yahoo/foreveralone.jpg/etc)
