simply put I looked at the starting skill vendors and saw no Noel gear could be made? do I need to go to Prontera or is it a diff skill like blacksmith?

They're just at the bottom of the lists instead of sorted like everyone else's, for whatever reason. D:

I thought you couldn't craft Noel gear until my hubby made an ass of me lol It's like he said at the very bottom and also more of a pain in the ass to learn then the others.
