And I confuse about the gear 

for P.wave use Celine + Sur set right
and KOSC + Spirit king is for DD right
or can I mix with them for both of skill ?

or what the best set for all of situation like boss fight, survival, instance

I have low budget but plan for 
KOSC
MOB set
MBS
S.rod
S.boots
and 2 Spirit King

you can mix and match anything depending on your entire gear set, build, enemy, etc.

You can use generically strong gear for every enemy, but the "best" gears will change half your set every time.

or any option for DD I cant spam without Spirit king and KOSC right ?

for now I have sage lv 74 atm
and use  CVB  survivor's Rod, Survivor's Shoes
I can't one shot harppy with heaven drive 
And I have 1B in my budget so what should I buy in next step Spirit king ring 2x  or any idea?

Cheapest is survivor and will get you where you need to go but in the long run you'll want both sets.

For now I have survivor's Rod, Shoes already and plan to DD, Earth G. and V Spear for main skill. So I'll go to KOSP and SKR set 
but I read in the forum and temp int with RM is power full. how about La cryma set and other staff with temp int. 

and KOSP with 2 SKR can spam DD right ?

jumping back to this game and made a new char so here's my question

 

what's BIS weapon for hindsight Sage (and so on) also which is far better Safety Wall or Fire Wall?

dat two year gap lol. Okay well just answering your question as is without any assumptions I don't know what "BIS" means but a really good book for a hindsight sage would be "Book of the sun god" and as for the Safety Wall or Fire Wall debate I don't think one is better than the other because there both really good skills on their own but Safety wall since you're going hindsight build cause fire wall wouldn't make any sense since you use it to prevent monsters from getting near you. But again I'm just going by from what you're giving.  I hope I was helpful, have fun and good luck.
