Hi im fairly new to SM now I was wondering if this skills can be also used when you go soloing or pvp? currently im turning lvl26 so im thinking of putting points in this skills.

You cannot apply links to yourself. I have seen people linking others in colo.. but.. that's pretty iffy to me (small premade). If you don't plan on partying while leveling, I recommend avoiding them for now.

no, you cannot use them if you are solo, you need to link atleast 1 person to activate the buff, that person doesnt necesary needs to be in party with you, and you can link up to 10 ppl (though the tooltip only says 5)

you can just put them when you are lvl 50. go with dmg skills first
