I hope this is the correct place to put this. I have a quest called "A Woman's Grudge", which I've completed. Problem is, I guess I need to go talk to Inventor Dorian, but it would appear that a building or two has been removed from Izlude when the Acadamy was put in. One of those buildings has Dorian in it, I guess. I used a search item I got in Pront, and searching for Dorian lead me to the tool seller building. Just inside, it said "arrived" on the left side, so I guess Dorian is still in his map, it's just that the portal to said map is now gone. So...I suggest we drop Dorian onto the Academy lawn?

Is it the quest for hunting Sohee? I think I have it... 

 

If that's the case, the turn in is done with Sparkle at Eden group (at the lounge area near the stairs. Hover your mouse 'til it shows the npc bubble, she tends to be hidden by other players's chatrooms)
