Why am I getting d/ced just about every time I go to a new town?

Is this still happening? Disconnections can happen occasionally on map-changes (particularly after sitting at char select for a long time, and then logging back in, and then trying to change maps). Also it can happen if the GMs have to reset the login server, in which case EVERYONE will dc next time they change maps. 

 

Assuming this is an ongoing issue:

 

Is the message "disconnected from server" or "failed to connect to server"?

 

Do you have random failures when connecting to the game?

 

Please provide system info, including all installed security or AV programs, and any VPN or unusual network-related software (at least one case of this issue was fixed by removing something called LogMeIn aka Hamachi )
