my last login was 3 hours ago and when i try to log in just now my character list appear to be empty.. all my characters are gone. Is this a bug and can i retrieve back my characters? btw im using steam.

Did you connect to the right server? 

 

There are two servers, renewal and classic. Make sure you're on the right one. 

 

There are multiple pages of characters - make sure you've checked all of them.

i rmb my 2nd page got character....but now the second page need premium something...how?

Some slots can only have chars created in them if you're VIP. 

 

You can still access chars previously created in premium slots if not VIP (it'll still mark the account as a premium slot, so you know that if you delete the char, you need vip to remake something in it's place)

 

So if you can't see a character in any slot on any of the pages, you're connecting to the wrong server, or a character is missing and you need to contact the GMs via support ticket ( support.warpportal.com )

im sure the server before im play is chaos server....and my character was in 2nd page...before long break im doesn't play with steam...but now it auto connected to steam..

Wait, I'm really confused: 

 

When did you last see the character, a few hours before your first, or before a long break?

 

Do you have any other chars or items that lead you to belive that you're logging into the same account, not a totally new one created when you started playing through steam?

i last see the character before long break......when im playing recently and it connected with my steam...my 1st page character still there....all item still there...but 2nd page character gone......after long break...
