Hello everyone :D

I'm a new player and I haven't played much MMO's so I don't have much experience. As I said... I'm a new player and I want to play Dragon Saga but I can't choose which class I want to play.
So my question is: what the best class for a new player? Usually I have money problems in games, so I'd like a class that doesn't cost too much but (if possible) still can make a decent amount of money.
I don't have any preferences in PvE or PvP, I just want to play an easy and fun class :)

There isn't really a "best job" as such, just pick one which fits your play-style xD;;..
All classes can perform in PvP and PvE, and concerning the money issue, I'm sure someone else can tell you what classes equipment is in demand in or not.
People may suggest ABC class for XYZ, but in the end, its you who's going to play the class. So why not pick one you think you'd enjoy ;D?

Despite them all being balanced, you might have difficulty choosing which class you like the most...Since Dragonica/Dragon Saga is quite different from the standard MMORPG (As in, you mostly have to LAUNCH here to get anything done).

In which case, the MAGICIAN class is the ultimate beginner class. Mostly because they don't have to launch anything and deal loads of damage, AND they can get by just by spamming X for 20 levels. If Magic is not your thing, then your next best bet is the WARRIOR class. Archer and thief take a little more skill to use properly, as both classes rely on aerial combos (whether it be them jumping midair or having the monster midair) most of the time.

Regardless, the mage or warrior class would be there to ease you into the way of comboing and what not. Then if you don't like that class, you can try another. They're all quite fun in my opinion, though the mage class doesn't really shine until 20+.

Launching in general takes time to get used to. And by that, I mean like, a days worth at the most. Timing is everything in this game, so even if they get it down, it won't be perfect and/or good enough when it really matters. I only say this because there's NO OTHER MMORPG that REQUIRES launching to be done to perform certain skills/combos. (When I say MMORPG, despite the vague term, I mean the popular ones that people might actually know about)

magician.
they practically dont need any potions, and you can x-spam all the bosses. Or u can keep using the cannon head. and the meteor thing is good too.
warriors deal good damage, but use a lot of mp.
archer has good combo, but the main skill is launch things up, and press(hold)z it aims itself, i think for the AAS (anti-air shot)
thief is the hardest. timing is the key. launch things up, jump under them(or on top/beside if under is too hard) and use aerial frenzy. then chop down. best at combos

if you went the acolyte path on mage then yes, your repair fee is quiet high, but consider you NEVER need HP pots as your heal skill cost only 100mp (1 highest MP potion net you 12 heals) for an instant heal that's better than the best of potions, and the fact highest HP potion cost 6 gold a stack, i would say the repair cost is insignificant to the money you save on potion
