As far as I remember +13 Erde EA9 (2xAK) was doing the same/slightly lower damage than mjolnir on average (tested on ifrit)

 

I can vouch it too. EA9 Erde +0 2AK would still probably do more than mjohnir.

 

Rented a mjohnir, never renting one again lol.

Also, hammer is by far the highest CC DPS in game unless you're counting into monster attributes (such as demihuman/size) and if you're fully buffed with foods to get instant cast with other things, like obviously my HF or GMS would deal more CC dps than hammer against certain monsters if it was instant cast as well, which it can be attained but it's just not always feasible or worth it.

 

My playstyle is a tad different since I use megs, which alter the damage of everything else, if things are taken into consideration without megs, then I guess that alters damage dramatically since a level 3 low attack weapon's str modifier is negligible.

 

But it's very ignorant to say things like "Rented a mjohnir, never renting one again lol."

Weapon lv has nothing to do with anything besides refine bonus and variance. Str applies only to weapon base atk, wich yes its very high in Mjolnir case, but other weapons can be upgraded and are slotted.

Variance 19.5 for erde, 70 for Hammer - this gets added directly into watk.

 

And aside from erde just purely adding a meg with rte vs hammer:

RTE vs Hammer +70 str is 196 atk with a RTE, but 258 atk with hammer, because of the str bonus, so two megs, just double that, and the difference is > 100 watk.

When I was using it, I didn't use any megs at all. But flat out with the gears I have and food buffs etc, the hammer does significantly less damage than all my other weapons (thana hammer +12, erde 2AS EA10 +12, and HF EA8 AK +12). Mobs I test on are faceworm bugs since that's pretty much what I do in game only. If it must be noted, I use 2 engkanto headgears too.

Bright side from mjohnir would be not using dex foods, and really nice brew rate. Of course it makes the best weapon to level a gene

So, what happens when you try to solo the biolab instance and get Sniper?

 

You get the Mastersmith or Assassin Cross in her mob to tank her for you. They'll start attacking her if they get damaged by her Claymore Trap. It requires some tokens, but is definitely doable. Bwing, because Sniper Card is useless.

When I used 2megs+hammer vs 2 megs + erde, I was doing more damage with bomb with the erde though I don't have 120 str on that gene, so, maybe it will be better 20% more to boss

 

the calc says 0% ABMax compared to +12 Thana hammer in this circumstance. 10% better ABavg but I still don't believe :/

 

+14 thana hammer and atk6% RWC rings it's 7% better than megs+hammer

 

+12 thana hammer + megs is 14% better for bombing than megs+hammer

this is why mine used to be set to auto-lava chee lol. Run to drum, call homun > immediate lava > vapo

 

the burn chance is super high, so it's worth it even to have to manual cast

how can you target MVP like that ? i mean you can acid bombing MVP with only one click and the rest you click only shortcut like f1 f1 f1 f1. because when im MVP ing i always keep clicking shortcut and re target the boss thats why sometimes i misslick (bombing boss slave )

It's really tough to target bio MVP's, which is why you see me using Fire Expansion/CC until I got a clear line of sight at LK, you need to manually target every time

Nah i dont take quest just create a hard mode instance on GX and clear it and then kill MVP with gene for the XP.

 

Cant even share String is 99 and RK is 127............. and clearing is piece of cake with GX
