Why does the info on Arrow Repel say "consumes 15 SP regardless of level," when the skill only goes up to level 1 in the first place? Even more, it claims that the attack power of the skill increases with each level, starting at 80% ATK (or 85%, can't remember exactly) at level 1 and ending at 125% ATK or so at level 10. Is it somehow possible to level up this skill, or is that info a bug/error?
I would have posted a picture to clarify what I mean, but the PrtScr command isn't working for me either.
Edit: And by the way, the info on Double Strafe says the requirement is Level 10 Vulture's Eye, although Double Strafe in reality doesn't have any prerequisites at all.
