i finished this event quest (Gather 30 organic pumpkins) http://iro.ragnaroko...ail.aspx?id=303 got the head gear, but on the head gear description it doesnt say anything about the +20 flee , i equipped and unequip to see if the description was bugged or something, but it does nothing, its because the event already ended? or i got a different head gear?
