Why everytime i click Create account in Ragnarok 2 description says" You are now allowed to view this content? so hard to Identify what is the problem .

The same thing happens to me. This is general? I can not make a new account for the sake of the region? This will be repaired? Answer me, please.

I get the same problem, either if trying to register by logging into my Warp Portal account and trying to add a RagII account on my account information, or trying to register on this website https://www.warpport...rok2/index.aspx both end up giving me the "you are not allowed to view this content" error.
