Hello, I just bought WP, however I can't convert the WP to Kafra point to my main account. (There is no menu for me to convert, however there is menu for me to convert in my sub account)

However, I am able to convert the WP to my sub account. How?

I've got the same problem as the 2nd picture, Whenever I click under Ragnarok Online and press "Convert WP Energy", nothing comes out. I'm doing it through the website btw, not through Steam.

Exactly as mine! i can with my alt but not with my main. sent tickets but no reply, its been a week.. maybe i need to wait another week

Greetings! Unfortunately, due to our contract with steam if your main accounts were registered through steam they will have to purchase Kafra points via steam.

so.. what r we gonna do with the remaining WP? i wish it could at least be convert or transferred to my alt.. waiting my ticket to get reply is just frustrating. >< but guess waiting is the only option -,-

You could purchase the items you want on the non-steam account and trade them to your steam account. If the item isn't tradeable the GM might be willing to help for this special case.
