How do I go about getting my next job change?
I remember on my old account, we had to speak to some guy named Pablo in Libra, but I can't find him.

press N to find him.

If you did all hero quests before libra, go to libra and you will find pablo near the dragon lord portal on the north when you walk up the "stairs".

press J on your keyboard and click on "quest". That should give you insight into all uncompleted quests.

The level 40 quest leads up to Lavalon and killing it. It won't specifically talk about job change, if I remember correctly.

The thing is I don't know which one will lead me on the correct path.

The simplist thing you could do is this, though. To find out what you need to do:

Press J
Goto Quests tab
Click on "Main Quest" ( After, should say "All Quest" )
Press the + sign next to "2nd Boss Quest (To 2nd Class)"
Scroll down the list and see what you haven't completed, and do it.
