Can anyone explain me why hustle charm has disappeared? I've recently started playing ROSE again, after a break of a few years.

I tried to find it in forum or patch notes, but I couldn't find anything why it disappeared..

Hustle charm is the mspd buff right? It is now in the cleric tab, so if you're a muse you won't be able to use it yet.
