A few things to ask yourself regarding it:
- Do you use a third party program(bot)?
- Do you kill steal from other players?
- Have you ever scammed someone?
If the answer to those are No, then definitely send in a ticket to support.

I'd like to ask few things too regarding this. I'm from Malaysia too.
1. Do you use Celcom / Maxis / Digi Mobile Internet Broadband to play iRO?
2. Do you play iRO in cyber cafes?
3. Do you let other parties play your account(s)?
Number 1 & 2 are related to the non-static I.S.P address. Which means maybe you have been using the I.S.P that other peeps have been botting with it. So if it is a YES then you know what to report in those tickets.
Number 3 is explained by the question itself. Never trust even a single cat. Look out for those fish. >

Contact the GM team by opening a support ticket at support.warpportal.com - they will tell you why you were banned and whether the account is eligible for release.

When will the gms reply back i sent a ticket for like 3 hours ago, how long does it take for an account to recover from this kind of situation??
depending on how backed up they are 24 hours to 2 weeks is average... it really depends on how many tickets they have to go through... which is why you should only send one ticket per issue...

That no. 1 is interesting point, juon, since some of my friends are preventing me from using any of those providers due to conflict with WOW and RO. I don't want to accuse, but it can be lol. Now I'm using the eeuunyyfai internet provider, which works so well since last year (my time when I playing back on iRO)

Even in the states, most of the ISPs I'm familiar with use DHCP in order to lease their customers IP addresses. The release of the IP address doesn't happen often, but it will happen eventually. This lets them buy a smaller pool of addresses that lowers their overhead, which generally lowers the cost of services. You usually have to pay more money to get a static IP assigned to your account and it's usually reserved for web servers and such.
In things like computer cafe's, all of those computers share the same exact outgoing IP address. Behind the router on the LAN they are given a pretty common IP scheme of 192.168.0.whatever, but once that traffic hits the router, it uses Network Address Translation Overloading (NATO) to turn all of those computers into a SINGLE IP address. It does this through assigning each computer an unused port, so depending on what port the packet is sent to, the router can keep track of what end device that traffic should go to.
Banning people by IP is generally not a good idea, since IP addresses will eventually change. With the advent of NAT overload on most consumer grade routers, a lot of people might get accidentally caught in the crossfire. Sadly, they can't get access to the MAC address of the end device, since that changes once you cross routers; they're doing the best with what information they have. If only there was a way to get more exacting information in order to prevent things like this from happening.
Edit: My Cisco Certification is finally paying off! Hooray!

The best you can hope for is sending a ticket and waiting patiently.
