It doesn' look like any language to me, did you try typing it into google translate and using autodetect?

It's obviously not the exact spelling and characters of the language.. it's probably just translated into how the words would sound in english letters I guess.

Could possibly be just gibberish

Yeah, I can't make anything of it.
If it's a real language, the spelling and typing is so miserable that I think it's undecipherable (none of the words I tried turned up any vaguely relevant google references - At one point I thought I had a match, because I saw words that looked similar in one result - but the source was an english newspaper from 1919 that had been scanned and OCR'ed very very badly). It could also be some foreign language equivalent txt-speak - and I have no idea how you'd deal with that.

Honestly, I wonder if the ***'ed out part is the best clue? Know any languages with swears that match y**, ci**, and kr****?

Like, Korean keyboard are diff. When I saw my friend type a search in naver it was complete gibberish but the engine searches as if each letter what the equivalent to a Korean keyboard.

I mean if I got the full screenshot I could probably look up the registration information for that player. Or is that too NSA-like or boring?

No, NSA-like would be if you got the username encoded in secret, almost invisible dots behind the text in the chat window (like how the government can uniquely identify printers based on that secret pattern of yellow dots), and then got his email address from that, and checked the language setting on his mail service, and verified it by reading his email through a translator.

The main locations of play are from the US of A and India. Is there anyone who speaks Hindi/Urdu who might be able to take a look at it?

"lol gluy winokw hvy eowel uie ersu otlucoe cnhy kihl rm ksco ynu gy tl yr aa ng"
Google Translate to HIndi, this came up:

which according to Google: Lōla galaya vinōkava havya ē'ōvēla u'ī'ē ērasu ōtaluka'i kahya kihala rama kaskō yanu gaya tala yara ā naga
Then the translation is:

Well, i am from india. At present, there are 22 official languages of India ( Hindi is generally referred as the National Language ).
I can safely Confirm that those guys weren't speaking Hindi.
From the other languages that i know, i can also confirm that the language used by those players wasn't Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati nor Punjabi. ( also pretty sure it wasn't kannada, telugu, malayalam, bengali but i am not very fluent in these languages & hence, i can fully confirm it. )
P.S : i tried using google translate for urdu & it gave me this :
"lol gluy winokw hvy eowel uie ersu otlucoe cnhy kihl rm ksco ynu gy tl yr aa ng" means :
With lul unuku throat came Oval yrsu utlkuy knhy Dino who would open sesame possible RIM Landing
