Hey guys,

 

Just wondering, recently I've heard a lot of my friends told me that they received emails from WP containing freebies. Some received Battle Manuals, while some others said they got emailed vouchers.

Am I the only one who's not receiving any xmas present from them? =(

In your warpportal account, did you toggle "yes" for newletter? Sometimes they email you events and update news.

I had the same problem. Checked my spam folder... and there it was!!

Also, make sure you do what Haro said above.

I Got One Battle Manual, I Was Excited Because I Thought It Was A "Battle Manual Box" But Only Contained One Battle Manual  :p_swt:

All my accounts have a problem, I've checked "yes'' on the newsletter but I guess it didn't update on their database. Since two years ago I got nothing for free =( sobbbbb

Okay, I set my account to get the email newsletter. I have a feeling it's too late for the freebies though :-/  

 

I wish I'd known that that newsletter would also be used for freebies, not just a newsletter

every so often they send out a coupon code for an item... its not every month but its still a good thing when it happens... the items are account bound 99% of the time but i can really complain when im getting free stuff... this coupon was for a Battle Manual... the one before this had a Getting started pack with battle manuals and some yellow bfly wings... not to mention the newsletter will let you know about other stuff you wont find on the main site or even the FB page like about promotions and things ( its how i knew to pre-register fo RO2 to get the Devoted eyes)

They haven't sent one out for nearly a year, but this december code is pretty nice. You get 1 Battle Manual Box (worth 400 kp).

it's not a full box... it's only the 40kp single manual... would have been nicer if it was the 400KP 10xbm

Weird, my account is set to receive the newsletter, yet I didn't get any email, not even in spam folder.

My account says 'Newsletter: Yes' -> has nothing in Inbox or Spam folder. Zzzzzzzz.  :p_sad:

 

Edit: I should say it has been that way for like 1yr+ now & I used to get the emails before.

i have two e-mails registered. one received a code, the other didn't. when there were codes sent out in the past i always got them on both e-mails. so maybe they're sending them out in a specific order and not all at once. just wait a bit longer, i guess.

I tried putting mine in and got "There has been an error with the product information" =< Felt like I open a Christmas gift box from Warpportal but it's empty inside!

Does this thing never work or I'm missing something else? I got this yesterday and it just doesn't work.

I input the code in the "Redeem WP Coupons" and this is all I get. And this is not the first time it happens me.

that happened to me a few times, it always turned out i tried to put it in the wrong section. you need to select your ragnarok game account on the warp portal-page and then enter the code there. you probably tried to enter it for your warp-portal account, not your ragnarok account.

^  I made the same mistake.. you have to select an account then use the apply electronic coupon

  • Select RO account from the Right Pane.
  • Select "Ragnarok "Game" Coupons" tab.
  • Input the code from the email.
  • Get the following message: "Your transaction has been completed. Thank you."

Dayum! Like an idiot, I feel, because an earlier freebie, I already lost, because of this mistake! URR!

I haven't gotten one news update, ever. Nor have I received anything other than password update requests. I have put money into this game, and to find people are receiving items for free sucks. Come on, WP, hook it up!
