im trying to do this Criminal Activities quest, but cant finish it because the NPC is missing on the airship!

On the Airship, locate Naota, who is downstairs on the main deck (102, 62)

 

 

cept there is nobody there. i searched the entire floor for the kid and he doesnt exist. is this quest broken?

you're on the wrong airship. Naota's on the domestic flight

i totally forgot that airship even existed cuz its been forever since ive used them
