I've been having a tremendous amount of hard time trying to find out how to buy VIP.

 

I went to this URL and there're no options to purchase anything:

I was told that my account isn't tied to Steam, because when I open the Kafra shop and clicked the top right "Buy VIP" button, nothing happened except that URL with blank page.  May someone help me out please?

login with my WP account

 

Add WP energy with appropriate system (CC/paypal...)

 

with fresh WP in hand, select account and choose buy vip (1month +1500 KP  for 1500 WP is best deal)

How I buy mine:

 

1) https://www.warpportal.com/

2) Click "Power-Up" highlighted in blue at the top of the page.

3) Enter login credentials.

4) I'm greeted with the purchase page, asking to select amount of WPE I wish to buy and payment method.

5) Assuming you already have WPE, in the left side of the screen there should be a panel named "Game Accounts" with a list of game accounts associated to your WarpPortal account. To the side of each game account it displays how many points you have in them (in Ragnarok's case, that'd be Kafra Points) and also a "+" icon. Click the icon.

6) You're now in a page that allows conversion of WPE to Kafra Points. You'll notice it is divided in 4 tabs (at the top): Convert to Kafra Points, VIP Package, Ragnarok "Game" Coupons and Value Added Service.

7) Click on the second tab: VIP Package.

8) Select VIP plan and place order.

9) Confirm the purchase in the next screen. You're done.

I never got that...I've tried IE, FF and Chrome, not seeing that period!

That's very odd, specially because your forum name indicates your account is indeed tied to Steam.

 

Question: Are you from Canada/US?

I figured it out...I registered my account on Steam through a computer that I no longer user...I had to load up from there to get VIP.  What a drag!  Thanks for the help guys, the hints alone helped me figure this out =P
