i noticed when i logged into the game after maintenance that it still only says %50 exp.

That is from vip i think.

 

so does the event exp stack with the %50 from vip? or was the orange text i see everytime i login bugged and not showing the proper amount?

So if a monster gives 100 EXP, with double EXP that's now 200 EXP and VIP will give you 50% more of that (100 more EXP) for a total of 300 EXP.

so if i use x3 BM 

(100+100+300) x 50% = 750% exp?

Normally if you are using a bmx3 and you are vip status (without the current x2 server exp) should be :

 

100 + (100x3) + (100x0,5) = 450

 

But now with exp x2, dunno if is something like

 

200 + (200x3) + (200x0,5) = 900  (like Ralis said)

 

or

 

200 + (100x3) + (100x0,5) = 550

No, VIP does change quest EXP. If a quest gives 1,000,000 EXP you're going to get 1,500,000 with VIP.
