there is also a movement speed increase bonus.i dont think effects will last longer than stated, since they seem quite OP.then again,costumes lately seem to have as much utilization as normal gears have..whoo knows

cant they just make every costume effects permanent? those event costumes will become useless when all the effects gone. i hate that

It's until whenever they want. Seriously. Rudolf Headband was supposed to be seasonal but it lasted for a lot longer than a year(and I sold that for two mil, I've seen go up to 110 mil at one point of time), and then they promised to keep the effects for those Angel's Symbols, but they took it right away - db.irowiki still has the description as if it's still has the effects, lol.
