this proves absolutely nothing other than that gadjillionairs can make a mediocre spell finally be functional.

He also seems to be playing with the pos lag from CL being fixed.
This alone would make the skill much more useful - let alone the god-tier gear that lets him null out fixed cast altogether.

Nah, I saw a kRO vid of severe rainstorm having its pos lag fixed as well - I think its official, just not for a long time...

I can't wait to see all their faces when that update gets here. The disbelief from those who haven't experienced these things directly is atrocious.

Is it an update to mechanics or just super expensive items that have to be upgraded to +9 to do anything that they're releasing?
A lot of those spells had no fixed cast time.

Read the description for Dexterous Boots of Time. Getting 120 base Dex shouldn't be a problem once the level cap increase to 160 update gets here. Eventually it'll also reach level 175 as the base cap.

since youre the master of all that is kRO, have they fixed the mechanic class yet? or is it still 100% broken in almost every aspect possible

You mean SD? Nope. At least...not from what I've read on the kRO patch translations at the irowiki forums so far. I might have missed it when I was glossing over everything. Just don't read an older patch thread and think it won't be changed later though. It's a lot of information and changes. Might want to ask Zero or something to see if he knows about any changes to it. All I know is...we're really far behind kRO in terms of updates.

I think mechs got a few things to buff them outside of mado, but overall no, they weren't fixed.

more along the lines of
-being able to resummon a new mado suit without having to walk to the middle of prontera everytime
-getting rid of the ridiculous fuel requirement for every single spell
-fixing cannonballs so they dont unequip on death
-fixing madosuits so taht they dont bug coluseal heal
all things that are inexcusably broken showing that gravity clearly has abandoned this class completely and only cares about its flavor of the months now
