has anyone been able to get these lutie snowflakes from regular mobs? been trying to hunt this for over 2 days now so I can get Miracle Title... CM/GM's please fix immediately

As a master level, never got one. Not even a peep from GMs about this either.

 

It's a huge issue for me since i want to hunt this title as well.

i know how you feel... especially right now the effect of the title is doubled... i wanna take advantage of that since im very low on vit...

Lutie Snowflake (Event Quest Item) are not droppable. The only way to get them are from doing the Yule Festival (Event) that will get you 52 Lutie Snowflake. You also get 4 Lutie Snowflake from doing the daily (Event Quests). Hope this helps you out and good luck in your adventures.

A. Yule Festival Event

   i. To start the event quest, visit NPC Dasher in Prontera.

   ii. Once you complete the quest, you will earn Lutie Snowflakes.

     -You can exchange the Lutie Snowflakes at the Stray Fairy (in Prontera) for costumes and consumables.

     -Lutie Snowflakes will also be dropping from monsters

I been playing for 5 days now and not one Lutie Snowflake was dropped so far. So I think when they did the update it killed the drops for the event.
