Does Dispell skill work on Boss MVP?

Yeah, it should work against MVPs. Infact i know that you can dispell them to remove their AGI UP status

Keep in mind Dispell is very inconsistent, though.

 

You can't dispell Power Up from MVPs, for example.

That doesn't make it inconsistent, it has 100% chance of working just doesn't work against certain things. Power up being one of the few.

Would be interesting to know if Dispell removes Stone Skin, too. MvP like Queen Scaraba uses it.

As i said Agi Up is removed by dispell

Uhh a spell that removes buffs and debuffs in general, except for a bunch of unspecified ones is inconsistent by definition of the word.

Clearance works also, for example on the defending aura that the thorns do in endless tower.
