I think staves are cursed... I had this same type of luck trying to upgrade mine. >_>

Couldn't agree more.. Like I have lots of gears that i tried to +9 -> 10 and most of them are kind of easy.. but except for this one... $100 for 13.5k KP and spent it all and poof, didn't go to +10...=( Worst refine ever... Gotta stop playing Warlock for now... Lol
