Did you take off your equips, have 0 weight ? And people told me that the minimum lv is 40. Do you meet all the requirements ?

I reset my linker 99/50 so its not for chars lvl 40-

lol i just reset my gen and got no problem on it

u just hav to make sure not bring a cart,falchon,or peco2 on ur char

and 0 weight (?)

In fact, you chose option 1 "reset skill", your stat will be reseted too. That was my case, and remember 0 weight is required.

The minimum requirement apparently is level 40 and over. So yes, you would be able to reset your Soul Linker

For Stat/Skill reset:

 

• No Falcons/Mounts/Pecos/Carts
• No Costumes
• No Gear worn at all
• 0 weight (you can have items in your inventory that weigh 0 such as quest items)
• Make sure you are level 40+

I was able to reset stat/skills while riding my Warg on my Ranger, and wearing Costume Devoted Eyes and also on my Arch Bishop wearing Costume Witch Pumpkin Hat.

Ah, sorry for that, just recanting from memory on all past stat/skill reset NPCs. They usually ask you to remove your mounts just in case you bug out.
