Well you guys blocked the series of words. COM...
i can't say C O M or C 0 M too awesome..
now i cant use any words with com. I got really pissed off because i was asking my friend for comet book only to realize my messages aren't even going through. Thanks a lot !!
Combination computer ..what the hell ..MY MESSAGES AREN'T EVEN DISPLAYING. nor i do know if they went through.
I got to have an alt outside to see if my messages went through.

The word "gorgeous" also wont appear.
I suppose that's due to "org".
Not that I'm running around calling people gorgeous.

Why the hell aren't we having a chat filter message.. we are having chat filter buddy'in us all the time. Blocking is one thing. But at least it should let us know it didn't go through

I agree; it would be nice if you got some sort of red text notification that your message was blocked, so that at least you knew.
Also, maybe this could be handled in a more conversationally-friendly way. Like maybe make the forbidden character string be ".com" and ".c0m" instead of merely "com" and "c0m"...

Ah, reminds me of the good old days of Phantasy Star Online, where you couldn't say things like shoes or Saturday (due to hoes and turd being in those words). As long as ROs word filter doesn't get to those levels I don't mind so much.

Well, it's just going to be abbreviated like most other things in game. It's something we will and can get used to c'met for example. I'm sure people will know what you will mean over time
