Uh Hello there. I started playing Dragonsaga few days ago (probably on saturday), however I've already played dragonica for some time.

Anyways, as a level 32 Hunter I never had trouble soloing anything till now. But Dr. Farrell's giving me a headache. It's not about the you-lose-all-the-keys-when-you-get-in thingy. It's really the 900 damage I take when he falls from the sky (I can barely tank 2 of them). Add this to the room filled with super-not-cool lasers that gives me a tiny space to fight.
The hitting system in the game still bothers me: If you happen to stand near the monster whenever he triggers an attack, I you're actually in range when the animation of the attack is on, doesn't matter what you do, you're getting caught.

If it's POSSIBLE to solo Dr. Farrell, any tips will be appreciated. However because of the lack of parties for it, I'm hosting one at channel two if anyone bothers :3 (Even if you have already defeated him, I would like a helping hand .-.)

Just stand in the corner near the door that you enter. Lasers don't touch that corner of Farrel's room. Enjoy the fight being 10x easier.

That was the exact "tiny little space" i was talking about. Even staying at the corner he'll just jump out and take out half my hp bar x.x
I'll try him again latter but it's just gonna be the same thing.

on lvl 32 you should be able to solo him just fine with no problems.

- use your skills
- use potions
- if youre low on HP just use a potion and avoid his attacks until youre healed
- dont stay in one place longer than 1.5 seconds

the trick is to try and manually dodge his attacks and then you just spam all of your skills on him, avoid again and spam. by avoid/dodge i mean jump around a lot.

Thanks for the tips guys. My whole issue was not using high level potions and accidentally dashing on the lasers :#

I'm a mage. I survived soloing at level 26. What're you doing wrong?!!!

But yeah, get a friend to help you. You don't get any less items or anything, and it makes things soooooo much easier.
