Hello,

 

Can someone point me towards Instructor Ur, everything ive read says he should be next to boya but he isnt there.

 

Ive just finished the eden training mission for boya (underwater city) and have the rewards, but as i am a lvl 72 knight i can only do quests from ur.

He's on the left of her - black armor, black hair, black cloak?

Hey, the only NPC's i can see are "office assistant neede", "boya" and "Secretary Lime". Theres just an empty gap between neede and boya, is this a glitch or am i missing something?

Glitch, try relogging

Made a post under bug reporting, see if it can be fixed.

If worst comes to worst, try reinstalling RO or look for the specific file
