Did classic just get a rollback just now? I was vending some stuff, it sold and a few minutes later I got dced. I relog back in and the stuff in back in my cart.

Yes but not intentionally. The server was shut down without saving character states and anyone who had not logged/accessed storage etc would get a small roll back until their last character state save.
It was not an active rollback performed by the GMs just the way the game works.
